Other areas of responsibility include developing the manufacturing and installation activities to reduce cost and ensure a high service level and short lead time to the customers. Principal Responsibilities:- Establishing and execution of growth plans for the Czech market and export markets- Mapping competitors move - Establishing and executing Brand strategy- Setting channel focused sales team for Czech Republic and export markets- Developing relations with key stake holders in Czech Republic and in export markets- Driving the development of new products and improve the current portfolio- Being responsible for the Company budget and costs and deliver agreed financial results- Directing factory operations and ensuring that plans, policies and budgets are met - Developing an open, flat and fast channel focused organization- Creating and maintaining a capital investment plan - Monitoring and analyzing production efficiency- Regular communication with all employees on subjects like business results, improvement plans and other business matters- Implementing health, safety, fire prevention, environmental protection and security policies in line with internal and external requirements - Planning and driving lean implementation across the organization - As a member of the regional management team, to help define the strategic direction for this business.Ihr Anforderungsprofil:- Excellent leadership skills, able to develop an active cooperation with colleagues and to build a team spirit- Good understanding of financial metrics and KPI''s- Good analytical skills and - Experience in operating a wide network of distributors- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including Power Point.- Strong result orientation and commitment to success. - Effective, value-added contributor outside of functional areas - Good computer skills including Microsoft Windows Office- Educated to Degree level in Engineering or business management. MBA would be a plus.- A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in a commercial and production environment with at least 5 years experience in a senior role. Proven experience in Lean implementation would be a plus- Prepared to travel within Czech Republic.
