Our client operates a broad upstream portfolio in Kazakhstan and is subsequently going to drill two wells in 2013 within those fields. During operations the activity involves about 100 persons on site. We are now searching for a Completion & Well Testing Engineer (f/m).Ihr Aufgabengebiet:Within the Exploration & Production branch, joining a team work context, your main tasks will be:- To guarantee the accomplishment of the well testing operations, in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental protection, all while optimising costs and timing- To ensure the suitability to operational requirements of personnel, equipment and services - To contribute to the return on Exploration & Production investments, through a continual search for the improving equipment, services and operational procedures1 - HSE & Security- To participate in HSE audits, Incident investigations, SQMs as may be required by the Drilling and Wells department.- In liaison with HSE department ensure HSE compliance in the tender evaluation and during the testing operations2 - Co-ordination- To coordinate the definition of the Well Test Program and its realization.- To initiate specific studies in specialised areas as and when required.3 - Organisation- To prepare technical input and participate if required in meetings with partners and authorities related to Well Testing 4 - Technical- To issue well testing programs; - To follow-up the performances and prepare all technical reporting for the partners and authorities- To prepare and approve operations programs and operating procedures- Be in charge of choice of contractors and service providersIhr Anforderungsprofil:- Education: Master in Petroleum Engineering- Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in Completion, well servicing and testing programs; and Wells/productivity- 4 years experience of Well Servicing inclusive of Well Test experienced. - Field experience is mandatory: minimum of at least 3-4 years as supervisors then superintendent. - Proven skills in Engineering, Call for tenders and contracts, Problem Analysis, Organisation- Personal traits: Dynamism, Hard Working, Team Work & Leadership- Very good command of English and RussianVergütungspaket:- No details Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung unter Angabe der Referenznummer CSGA6475.
